Ohio golf concepts A season pass or prepaid greens fee (PPGF) is nontransferable and nonrefundable. Everyone must check in before teeing off. To ensure a position at the tee box, tee times are required for all players. No shows will result in loss of tee time privileges. Season Pass applies to “Open Play” Open play is defined as: Periods that the course is open for public play. Open Play may be suspended on the entire or portion of each course based upon properties discretion due to weather, special events, course maintenance, course closure, or any other reason at the discretion of each property management. A Season Pass is NOT applicable to existing or future arrangements with our high school or collegiate team members; your season pass does not allow you to waive entry fees for outings, tournaments, or special events. Your season pass does allow you to waive league play greens fees (special exception). Season Pass does not include bag storage. 5-day Season Pass is applicable Monday through Friday throughout the season with the exception of holidays which includes (New Years, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) 7-day Season Pass is applicable Monday through Sunday, including holidays. All players are expected to adhere to dress code requirements, and to model golf etiquette. Players agree to not play in any areas on the course marked as ground under repair, out of bounds or otherwise protected. In addition you agree to stay off of all private property. All players must abide by each of the 3 courses rules regarding play. (i.e. grounds crew protection, pace of play, fivesomes, and cart policies etc.) All players are required to have their own clubs. PLEASE NOTE: each course is a unique property. Individual course play policies are unique to each property. Play it forward Season Pass Holders (ages 10 and under) must play assigned forward tees and must be accompanied by an adult. Golf Cart Rental &/or Pre Paid Cart Fees: Cart fees are based on 2 golfers per cart. Non-golfing Riders or Spectators will be charged accordingly. If you’re riding in a cart alone, you will be assessed a lone cart rider fee. Check cart for damages before your round. Any damage to the golf cart/ golf course becomes the responsibility of the golfer. Use cart in allowed portions of courses only, under no circumstances are carts allowed to be used off of course property. Keep carts 30 ft. from greens and away from tee boxes. Dangerous, reckless behavior or operating a cart that is damaging to the course will result in revocation of season pass, and banning from the property. Golfers agree to abide to any cart restrictions as such times carts are restricted to "cart paths only" or any other cart restrictions posted by management on course. Violations may result in forfeiture of cart privileges. It is in direct violation of each courses liquor license for any patron to transport or carry onto any course property any type of alcoholic beverage for consumption. ALL alcoholic beverages consumed on the properties MUST be purchased from the liquor permit holder (Golf Course). Any violations will result in revocation of season pass, and banning from properties. Golfers must be 18 or older and may be required to provide valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart. Age for golf cart rental varies according to property; please inquire at time of tee booking.
